By accessing or using the InstruMix Instructor Certification Program, website, mobile application, training materials, or related services (collectively, the “Program”), you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, do not access or participate in the Program.

1. Eligibility

Participation in the InstruMix Instructor Certification Program is intended for individuals who are at least 18 years of age. By enrolling, you confirm that you meet this requirement and are legally able to enter into this agreement.

2. Certification & License

Completion of the InstruMix Instructor Certification Program grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to teach InstruMix classes using authorized InstruMix choreography, music, branding, and materials, subject to ongoing compliance with these Terms.

Certification does not constitute employment, partnership, or agency with InstruMix.

3. Independent Contractor Status

Certified instructors are independent contractors and are not employees of InstruMix. Instructors are solely responsible for their own business operations, taxes, insurance, scheduling, and compliance with local laws and regulations.

4. Intellectual Property

All InstruMix content, including but not limited to choreography, class formats, training videos, music selections, branding, logos, written materials, and app content, are the exclusive property of InstruMix.

You may not copy, share, distribute, modify, record, resell, sublicense, or publicly post any InstruMix materials without prior written permission.

5. Use of Materials

Training materials are provided for your personal use as a certified or certifying instructor only. Unauthorized use, duplication, or distribution may result in termination of certification and legal action.

6. Health & Safety Disclaimer

Participation in the InstruMix Program involves physical activity. You acknowledge that you are responsible for assessing your own physical condition and that of your participants, offering appropriate modifications, and ensuring classes are conducted safely.

InstruMix is not responsible for injuries, medical conditions, or damages arising from participation in classes or training.

7. Assumption of Risk

You voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation in the Program, including physical exertion, injury, or illness, whether occurring during training, teaching, or participation in classes.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, InstruMix shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to participation in the Program, use of materials, or teaching of InstruMix classes.

9. Termination

InstruMix reserves the right to suspend or terminate certification and access to materials at any time for violations of these Terms, misuse of intellectual property, or conduct deemed harmful to the brand or community.

10. Modifications to the Program

InstruMix reserves the right to modify, update, or discontinue any part of the Program, including training content, certification requirements, pricing, or app features, at any time.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the state in which InstruMix operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.

12. Agreement

By enrolling in or accessing the InstruMix Instructor Certification Program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions.
