Phase 1 gets you moving with the basics of InstruMix! You’ll learn essential choreography and discover how to confidently teach in Assisted Living environments. Get ready to see how simple movement and rhythm can create powerful wellness impact.

In Phase 2, you’ll grow your confidence through adaptable movement and creative instrument use. Learn how to lead in Memory Care environments while tailoring routines for diverse abilities. You’ll also prepare and organize your marketing materials, laying the groundwork for future outreach opportunities.

In Phase 3, you’ll begin outreach to communities and scheduling your first classes! You’ll also explore Skilled Nursing settings and learn strategies for tailoring InstruMix classes to these environments. Additionally, you’ll also learn how to design your own routines, if you’re feeling inspired.
