InstruMix is a unique senior wellness program that combines music and dance therapy with handheld percussion instruments to promote active aging and support overall senior health. Each session engages both body and mind, boosting mood, physical health, and mental clarity. Led by certified instructors, the program encourages connection, creativity, and self-expression through rhythm, movement, and community. Whether in memory care, assisted living, or independent living settings, InstruMix brings energy, laughter, and purpose to every beat — redefining what it means to age actively and joyfully.
